Job Summary
:The Cost Lead is responsible for directing the cost analysis/control activities for the Project. Will identify, analyze, and provide innovative solutions to cost problems, including detailed trend analysis for the project and lead the cost control within the work packages. Supports and promotes improvement measures and implementation of recommendations. Supports organizational and administrative activities related to the Project costs and performance metrics. #LI-ML1 
Major Responsibilities:
Provide guidance, training and coaching to junior and mid-grade cost and project controls analyst with multiple backgrounds and experience. Conducts personnel performance reviews and career counseling. Interviews candidates for employment and makes recommendations for employment decisions.
