Position Title: Lead / Manager – Estimation & Costing

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Lead preparation of detailed cost estimates for Pre, Fine, EPA, and HEPA air filters.
Review BOQs, cost break-ups, and rate analyses prepared by the team.
Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
Evaluate costs for raw materials, labor, testing, packaging, logistics, and site services.
Ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability of all quotations.
Lead and mentor the estimation team.
Allocate projects and monitor workload and timelines.
Review and approve estimates before submission.
Develop standard costing templates and estimation procedures.
Train team members on product knowledge, costing methods, and tools.
Lead techno-commercial proposal preparation.
Participate in negotiations with customers and consultants.
