Cost Manager

AESG are currently recruiting a Cost Manager (MEP) to join our cost management team to work on a project in Dubai.

As a Cost Manager (MEP) , you will support project leader in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our client, and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.

• Day-to-day management of AESG Cost Management project delivery, resource management, and proposals (if needed).
• Attend regular meetings with clients and lead commercial meetings.
• Manage and motivate the cost management team.
• Manage multiple client relationships.

• BSc or MSc in a Quantity Surveying or Contracts related field.
• Strong understanding of construction costs in UAE and KSA
• Preferred minimum 4+ years of working experience.
