Manage and monitor project costs from inception through to completion.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets, and track spending against forecasts.
Review and evaluate contractors' cost proposals, invoices, and payments.
Maintain accurate cost reporting, highlighting any variances and recommending corrective actions.
