Position Title: Lead / Manager – Estimation & Costing

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation of detailed cost estimates for Pre, Fine, EPA, and HEPA air filters.
• Review BOQs, cost break-ups, and rate analyses prepared by the team.
• Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
• Evaluate costs for raw materials, labor, testing, packaging, logistics, and site services.
• Ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability of all quotations.
• Lead and mentor the estimation team.
• Allocate projects and monitor workload and timelines.
• Review and approve estimates before submission.
• Develop standard costing templates and estimation procedures.
• Train team members on product knowledge, costing methods, and tools.
