Cost Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Full-cycle cost management of data center projects, including CAPEX/OPEX cost control and dynamic cost tracking.
• Cross-departmental collaboration.
• Liaise with international suppliers/contractors, lead VO review and negotiation during project execution phase, and manage general contractor settlement.
• Prepare monthly dynamic cost analysis reports.
• Review monthly project progress valuation and payment certificates.

Job Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in data center/real estate cost management.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers, industrial parks or commercial buildings is preferred.
• Familiar with cost management tools (e.g. Glodon) and tender procurement processes.
• Excellent data analysis skills with ability to drive decisions through cost data.
