Job Description

TCS – Cost of Quality Coordinator

As part of TCS - Customer Experience Quality (CEQ) section based in Amsterdam. This role will initial be based in Amsterdam for 12months on a STA contract for training and then located in India after the first 12months.

The Cost of Quality team is responsible for Warranty Expense Reporting to all internal and external business functions, Operational Budget, Recoveries, Model & Road Side Assistance Cost-per-Unit, Goodwill Budget and Cost of Quality related KPIs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Management & KPI Reporting
    Prepare and deliver timely reports on:Contractual Warranty Costs vs. targets and commitments.Model Cost-Per-Unit trends and impact of concerns.ILN Warranty Ratios monitoring and follow-up.
