Cost-Qurr Engineer (San Miguel)

Job Summary

In this role, you will perform routine cost estimating, analysis, and control activities; implement cost monitoring and control standards; prepare cost data; and manage the project trend program. You will establish stakeholder relationships, conduct schedule analysis, integrate activities, identify restraints, quantify risks, monitor cost and performance, and recommend alternatives. Additionally, you will assist with budget allocation and develop quantity takeoffs, project codes, and application unit rates.

Major Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure understanding of total project schedule needs.
• Coordinate cost engineering/planning and scheduling needs to projects, verifying quantities and JH received from subcontractors, validated by Construction and Field Engineering.
