Develop new interiors components and sub-assemblies, ensuring cost optimization and value creation throughout the development cycle.

Work closely with teams across the business (designers, procurement, project managers) to evaluate supplier proposals and drive cost-effective solutions through design‑to‑cost (DTC) activities.
