Job Description

Create the project definition and maintain the work breakdown structure in SAP. 
Assign and maintain the project work breakdown structure for cost monitoring. 
Set the project budgeted manhours. 
Report on weekly basis manpower consumption and raise to the Project Management's attention any abnormality. 
Monitor the actual manhours against the budgeted manhours. Compare the consumed manhours against the progress. 
Review the prime cost and develop the project assigned budget. 
Report on weekly basis the cost incurred and raised to the Project Management's attention any abnormality. 
Monitor the actual and committed cost against the assigned budget. Compare the incurred cost against the progress. 
Update overall project costing projection. 
Review and assess vendor, supplier and/or subcontractor variation order requests. 
Review and verify the vendor, supplier and/or subcontractor invoices.
