Costing Manager

We are supporting a leading manufacturing organisation in hiring a Costing Manager with strong experience in costing, FP&A, and manufacturing finance. This role will work closely with counterparts across Asia.

The Role

Product Costing & Manufacturing Finance

• Lead standard/actual costing and variance analysis
• Maintain BOM/routing accuracy and overhead/labour rates
• Analyse material usage, yield, scrap, and efficiency
• Provide cost and margin analysis for pricing

FP&A

• Manage manufacturing budgets and rolling forecasts
• Conduct monthly variance analysis with insights
• Develop KPIs/dashboards for plant performance

Finance Transformation & Process Improvement

• Drive process standardisation, automation, and system improvements
• Partner with ERP teams to enhance costing modules
