Costing Manager

We are supporting a leading manufacturing organisation in hiring a Costing Manager with strong experience in costing, FP&A, and manufacturing finance. This role will work closely with counterparts across Asia.
The Role
Product Costing & Manufacturing Finance
Lead standard/actual costing and variance analysis
Maintain BOM/routing accuracy and overhead/labour rates
Analyse material usage, yield, scrap, and efficiency
Provide cost and margin analysis for pricing
FP&A
Manage manufacturing budgets and rolling forecasts
Conduct monthly variance analysis with insights
Develop KPIs/dashboards for plant performance
Support financial scenarios for new products/capacity
Finance Transformation & Process Improvement
Drive process standardisation, automation, and system improvements
Partner with ERP teams to enhance costing modules
Improve month-end closing and reporting accuracy
Implement best practices in manufacturing finance controls
