COSTING & MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

This position is responsible for deciding the manufacturing sequence, routing, estimation, submission of quotes and close follow up on enquires to win orders. The Costing & Manufacturing Engineer is responsible to create job routings for confirmed orders in line with the quoted scope and customer bill of materials. This is a fast paced customer facing position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform costing of jobs.
• Responsible for submission of quotes and customer’s point of contact for clarifications as well as purchase order.
• Perform order processing from quotation to delivery.
• Create manufacturing process routings and job completion in ERP system.
• Liaise with customers and vendors on order requirements.
• Responsible for assigned customers’ sales revenue and margin targets.
