Costing Officer / Executive

JOB SUMMARY:

Costing, pricing, review, and reconcile BOM information with customer’s requirement documents; prepare and analyses the report to management team and compile and review information for accuracy; and maintain records.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Costing the Product (FF & VBURG & Roots)
   1. Make sure there is the New Product Request Form attached with New Product Recipe Form before proceed costing.
   2. Check whether product spec submitted by Production team is tally with information in New Product Request Form.
   3. Make sure the raw material that production provided in recipe is an active raw material.
   4. Ensure the output of recipe is logic.
   5. Ensure the SOP time using is logic.
   6. Ensure the New Product Recipe form is reviewed by Production HOD.
   7. Ensure the latest raw material cost is used for costing.
   8. Ensure each UOM of a SKU has maintained individual BOM.
