Costing Specialist

Responsibilities
Maintain and update standard costing for products and manufacturing processes.
Analyze cost variances (labor, material, overhead) and explain impacts to management.
Develop and maintain cost models, margin dashboards, and profitability reports.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Production teams to validate cost assumptions.
Support cost analysis for product quotations, pricing decisions, and business cases.
Prepare cost of goods sold (COGS) reports and support inventory valuations.
Assist in inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies when needed.
Lead annual and periodic physical inventory review and reconciliation with Operations.
Support FP&A and Finance leadership with cost trend analysis and strategic insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of costing or manufacturing finance experience.
