Job Description
· Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; being Licensed civil engineer is an advantage
· Preferably with at least 2-3 years of work experience as Office/Cost Engineer exposed to different road construction projects (horizontal and vertical)
· Must have a work experience in both concreting and asphalting works
· Knowledgeable and proficient in using the technology and computer software necessary for their job
· Must have a wide range of technical knowledged
· Must know how to write clear and concise reports, how to convey ideas to top leaders of corporations and are able to communicate precise instructions to construction workers.
