**Job description**:
- Handle high call volume on a fast pace environment, while displaying high level of professionalism, empathy and enthusiasm.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Answering patient's inquiries regarding scheduling, rescheduling and/or cancelling medical appointments in a timely manner.
- Answer inquiries about medical providers and specialist availability.
- Schedule patient transportation to our facilities.
- Answer inquires pharmacies, insurance companies and other medical facilities.
- Direct calls to different departments as necessary.
- Elevate customer concerns to managers and supervisors as needed....
