Role Description
The Customer Care Staff is a full-time, on-site role based the nearest branch from your location. Responsibilities include assisting customers with eyewear selection, providing product recommendations, handling inquiries, supporting sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented with problem-solving abilities
Willing to work on-site in Quezon City
At least high school graduate; retail or customer service experience is an advantage
