Title: Cots Product Nova Context (SIA) Application Support

Location: Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid)

Long-Term Contract.

Responsible for L2/L3 application support, maintenance, and enhancement of Service Impact Analysis (SIA) platform and related assurance/monitoring systems such as EXFO Nova Context and Pronto. The role involves troubleshooting, scripting, data querying using SPARQL, and managing services on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7/8/9.

• Experience integrating monitoring platforms with ticketing/notification tools.
• Comfortable with 24x7 operations and on-call support.
• Hands-on L2/L3 operations, troubleshooting, and RCA.
• A high degree of initiative and flexibility.
• High customer orientation.
• High quality awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
