Council Relations Executive

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Head of Canada Operations, the Council Relations Executive (CRE) leads Member engagement across a portfolio of Canadian executive Networks, including newly launched and established Networks, and manages one direct report. The CRE builds and oversees high-impact peer communities of senior executives from leading Canadian organizations.

Working in a matrixed environment with Sales, Centers, Finance, and other internal partners, the CRE enhances Member value, addresses Member challenges, and connects Members with The Conference Board's research, experts, and resources. This leadership role models TCB's values and ensures delivery aligned with global standards and the high expectations of executive Members.
