Job Description

                    Responsibilities Identify inventions, draft, and prosecute patent applications; manage a global patent portfolio for radiopharmaceutical drug development. 
Review and approve scientific and clinical publications. 
Advise internal clients on intellectual property matters. 
Conduct strategic IP analysis and due diligence, including analysis of third‑party patent portfolios. 
Perform freedom‑to‑operate and patentability analyses. 
Align with external collaborators and strategic partners on global IP strategy. 
Provide transactional support for IP matters related to clinical trial agreements and licenses. 
Manage the use of outside legal counsel globally. 
Preferred/Required Qualifications 5+ years of life sciences patenting experience (preferably pharmaceuticals), with a mix of law firm and in‑house experience preferred.
