Counsel (Operations)

AECOM is seeking a Counsel (Operations) to join our legal team in Brazil.

The selected individual will be responsible for providing strategic advice and comprehensive legal support to engineering construction and infrastructure projects in the country ensuring legal and contractual compliance according to international standards and the corporate policies of the group.

This role requires a combination of strong legal judgment, business acumen, leadership and the ability to manage multiple disciplines in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Advise the structuring, negotiation and execution of engineering construction and consulting contracts.
• Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks at various stages of projects.
