• The position entails ensuring the provision of full legal services (including corporate governance and housekeeping) and providing legal support to the various functions and transactions of the Company, and, in the case of Senior Counsel, supervising, Legal Counsel directly performing such services. 

• The employee is primarily a legal resource person, either directly or through other counsel/external counsel, in various activities of and support areas, including, among others, contracting, contract administration, dealings with contractors and subcontractors, procurement, marketing, compliance with laws and regulations of general and special applications, representations with government agencies, taxation, labor standards and industrial relations, and implementation of Company policies, rules and regulations.
