Counsel, Production Legal (Temporary)

Role Overview

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Production Counsel based in Argentina to provide comprehensive legal support to the Production team across scripted and unscripted content. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support all legal aspects of content production, ensuring compliance with local laws, company policies, and industry standards. The Counsel will report directly to the Legal Director, Production and act as a trusted legal partner for the Production business, supporting projects from development through post-production.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support to the Production team for local and regional productions in Argentina.

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of production-related agreements, including but not limited to:

  • Talent agreements (on-screen and off-screen)
