Counsel - Public Company Group

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY As Counsel in the Public Company Group at RBC you will have the exciting opportunity to provide legal advice and support to Corporate Treasury, Compliance, Finance and other Enterprise Functions and Businesses on a broad range of securities and corporate law matters including enterprise capital and funding transactions, insider reporting, quarterly and annual financial reporting, continuous disclosure issues, aggregation and other matters involving legal risk.

What Will You Do

Support the Enterprise and Corporate Treasury on funding and capital raising transactions, including preferred share, subordinated debt, senior debt, covered bonds and securitization transactions and the bank’s normal course issuer bid.

Execute transactions and maintain shelf prospectuses and related materials and disclosures in relation to the Canadian preferred share and subordinated debt program, Canadian covered bond program, U.S. medium term note program, gl...
