Counsel, Stablecoin Regulatory

Tyme is seeking a senior lawyer to lead regulatory strategy for stablecoin and digital asset initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires deep experience evaluating crypto and stablecoin regulatory frameworks, engaging with regulators, and assessing how stablecoin structures can operate across markets with differing licensing, reserve, issuance, custody, payments, AML/CFT, and consumer protection requirements. The ideal candidate will combine legal and regulatory expertise with strong commercial judgment, particularly in emerging markets. They should understand the practical regulatory arbitrage opportunities and constraints for stablecoins across jurisdictions, including Europe's MiCA regime, and be capable of leading the build of a real-time regulatory intelligence capability supported by large AI models.
