Counselling Centre Assistant (Remote, Up to MYR 3,500)

• We are MindfulBear, a specialist child counselling centre.
• 5-day workweek, closed on public holidays.
• Friday to Tuesday. Weekdays 10am to 7pm, Weekends 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch break).
• Fully remote.

Job Scope

• Call and message customers to arrange counselling sessions.
• Handle customer enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and website chat.
• Follow up with customers after their sessions.
• Collate and update data for month-end closing.
• Training will be provided.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English (Mandarin is a bonus).
• No experience is needed except for a willingness to learn.
• Must be a people person with a pleasant personality and able to handle stress.
• Any sales, appointment-setting, admin or customer service experience will be advantageous.
