Clear Hills Youth Treatment Center (CHYTC) is located 17 kilometers from the hamlet of Hythe , Alberta and operates under the mandate to deliver Youth Addictions Programming and Services. CHYTC is currently seeking a self-motivated, highly experienced individual to fulfill the role of Counsellor Facilitator.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The Counsellor/Facilitator (CF), reporting to the Program Manager, is responsible for implementing programs and services at the Clear Hills Youth Treatment Center (CHYTC). The CF advocates for and supports Warriors through both individual and group sessions, following program strategies. Acting as a role model, the CF helps Warriors achieve treatment goals and drives program success from planning to execution, ensuring results align with strategic objectives. The CF contributes to CHYTC’s success by effectively carrying out tasks within established policies and procedures.
