Located in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, School District No. 42 is seeking an Elementary Counsellor for a 0.4 FTE temporary position starting September 1, 2026. This role is vital in providing preventive and intervention-based counselling services to help young learners thrive. You will work itinerantly across multiple schools, focusing on emotional regulation and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct individual and group counselling sessions • Assist students during school transitions • Participate in planning Individual Education Plans • Collaborate with educators and school-based teams • Facilitate referrals to community support services
