An exceptional opening for an outstanding Secondary Counsellor to join our dedicated Student Support and Wellbeing Team at International College Spain.

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic professional with a postgraduate qualification in Adolescent Counselling, Psychology or a related field, relevant professional accreditation (such as BACP or equivalent), and proven experience working with adolescents in an educational setting. These requirements are essential to ensure high‑quality, ethical and developmentally appropriate support for our students.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting the social, emotional and academic wellbeing of adolescents within an international school environment.
