We are seeking a qualified and experienced Counsellor (Part-Time) to support our programme serving single parents (SPIN members). The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Programme to ensure high-quality counselling services and strengthen clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Co-manage and provide professional guidance to volunteer and intern counsellors.

• Provide counselling and crisis intervention support to individuals and families.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and monitor qualitative & quantitative outcomes.
• Review and update clinical policies and programme frameworks.
• Facilitate groupwork, workshops, and monthly clinical support sessions.
• Prepare management reports and support programme development and evaluation.
• Advocate for clients' access to housing, healthcare, and financial assistance; coordinate with relevant agencies.
