Counsellor/Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Counsellor / Telecaller to join our team. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy guiding students towards international education and foreign language opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student enquiries through calls and follow-ups.
• Counsel prospective students on Study Abroad and Foreign Language programs.
• Convert leads into enrolments through effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups.
• Support students throughout the admission process.
