YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
:Reporting to the General Supervisor, Health and Safety, you will be part of the Health and Safety Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Health and Safety (between 50% and 75% of the overall position):
Develop and facilitate the implementation of Health and Safety Management tools (Job Hazard Analysis, Job Task Observation, Incident Declaration forms, Incident Investigation, as well as assisting in developing a Meadowbank Health & Safety Program;
Facilitate and lead incident investigations using the ICAM methodology;
Initiate cross-departmental training to improve workflow and streamline the management of risks both at operational level and in larger scope such as H&S risks;
