Counselor – Student Development/Sport

JOB SCOPE

· To provide basic counseling support, guidance, and developmental intervention to students, including motivation, stress management, emotional regulation, and personal development related to academic and sports performance

· To carry out basic administrative and reporting duties related to student development, sports activities, and counseling programs.

· To plan, coordinate, and implement student sports and physical development programs that support students' physical, emotional, and social well-being.

· To guide and mentor student-athletes and sports clubs in leadership, teamwork, discipline, time management, and healthy coping strategies.

· To organize sports activities, competitions, and community engagement programs in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
