Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist customers with selecting tires and services that best fit their needs
+ Provide in-person and phone support, clearly explaining vehicle service recommendations
+ Write and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
+ Schedule service appointments and manage the weekly service calendar
+ Assign work orders to technicians and track job progress
+ Process weekly payroll for technicians and calculate individual commissions
