A. Job Description

• Attend to walk-in and charge customers, generating sales through accurate product identification and effective customer assistance.
• Undergo mandatory warehouse (WH) training for a minimum of three (3) months to gain hands-on knowledge of products, inventory handling, item codes, and internal processes.
• Follow approved pricing, discount, and promotional guidelines as stated in company memoranda and the Sales Manual.
• Accurately receive and encode customer orders to minimize errors and reduce sales returns.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse staff and checkers to ensure correct item picking, checking, and release of goods.
• Ensure proper compliance with store operational procedures, including customer queuing, order taking, payment processing, and release of items.
