Counter Staff / Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently
• Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, cold drinks) as per standards
• May also prepare and serve pastries, sandwiches, and other light meals
• Handle cash/POS transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter area
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries
• Restock supplies and support daily operational tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
• Prior experience as a Barista or Counter Staff is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude
