About the Role

As a Counter Staff at Dermally Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our medical facilities in the Central and East Region. What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to ensure customers' queries, appointments, and referral of services are answered in a professional and timely manner.
• Make / cancel / modify appointment bookings from all sources such as phone calls, WhatsApp messaging, emails, or other channels.
• Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products and services in a clear and comprehensive manner.
• Provide meticulous administrative support.
• Assist with insurance claims submission and processing through insurance portals (where applicable)....
