About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Ace Hardware Phils., Inc.' as a Counter Supervisor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail counter at our Sorsogon Bicol Region location. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs efficiently.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the work of retail assistants to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner
2. Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing transactions
3. Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to identify and address any shortages or overstocks
4. Handling cash, credit, and other payment methods, ensuring proper reconciliation and security procedures are followed
