Our client, a Japan-based global financial institution, is seeking a Counterparty Credit Risk VP for their Financial Institutions Team. This role offers the opportunity to engage in strategic risk management, advising senior management and managing credit risk for domestic and international partners.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct credit analysis for domestic counterparties

- Approve credit limits and transaction terms

- Prepare exposure reports for senior management

- Coordinate with overseas offices for exposure reporting

- Monitor credit exposure of financial institutions

- Enhance credit risk management framework

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Japanese and English (mandatory)

- Experience as a credit risk analyst (preferred)
