 JOB PURPOSE
The Country Head, Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) is accountable for the overall performance, growth, and soundness of the CIB franchise at country level. The role drives revenue, profitability, balance sheet optimization, and client outcomes across all CIB businesses, while ensuring robust risk management, regulatory compliance, and disciplined execution.

The incumbent acts as the principal CIB business partner to the Country Managing Director, while ensuring strong alignment with Regional and Group CIB strategy through a matrix relationship with the Regional Head, CIB.
