**BRAZIL & PARAGUAY COUNTRY CONTROLLER - VYLOR**

**Purpose of the Role**

The Brazil & Paraguay Country Controller is responsible and accountable for overseeing Controllership activities for all Vylor legal entities in Brazil and Paraguay. This includes financial accounting, reporting, and internal controls. The role serves as the primary interface between the Controllership function and country/site leadership, as well as external authorities, and external auditors.

The primary goal is to ensure that Financial Statements are accurate, compliant with both Local GAAP (BR GAAP) and US GAAP, and aligned with Vylor´s global policies, while ensuring a robust internal control environment, and providing critical financial insights to support business growth in the region.
