Country Director – Japan 
Role Responsibilities
In this critical position, you will drive growth and provide overall supervision and strategic leadership of the region. Using your strong business acumen, you take full ownership of the following:
You’ll exercise your leadership skills leading a small team, allocating resources to achieve the overall goals while also effectively managing the P&L. 
You will deliver and maintain relationships (including at C-suite level) with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and customers.
Identify the priorities and ensure its successful execution across the region by defining and delivering the growth strategies, outline direction for our business, take full ownership for the retail and digital businesses, and build great relationships with the agents.
