Accounts Receivable

• Weekly monitoring retrieval budget to ensure compliance.
• Load the ICO invoices into Netting Group Tool.
• Customer Remittance detail with SAP documents for the documents paid to ensure proper payment application.
• Generation and monitoring of tooling invoices.
• Detect areas of opportunity for better performance of the Accounts Receivable analyst and avoid as much as possible invoices due or short payments not identified for issues attributable to finance or lack of detection of issues attributable to other departments.
• Validation that SNCRs in SAP have been billed and transfer to AP for supplier application.
• Weekly overdue invoice Report send to Corporate.
• AR standardization for OEM’s in Mexico regarding CFDI 3.3 business rules for non-productive sales orders for Tooling and services.
