Purpose
BIPO is seeking a high-caliber General Manager to lead and manage the country's business operations. The role is responsible for driving profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable growth, in alignment with BIPO's regional strategy, business objectives, and values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Country Operations & Strategy Execution
Develop and execute the country business plan in alignment with the regional business strategy, local market needs, and growth priorities.
Translate strategic objectives into annual plans, budgets, and measurable targets, ensuring effective execution and results.
Work closely with department heads to cascade strategy into SMART objectives at functional and team levels.
Oversee annual budgeting and monitor financial and operational performance against plans.
