Country Head/General Manager

Job Summary:

The Country Head/General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and performance of the business unit in Singapore This role involves management of functions within the company, developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring operational efficiency, managing budgets, and driving growth and profitability.

He/she should possess a deep domain knowledge of precast concrete business, demonstrating good understanding of Singapore construction landscape and has strong existing contacts/network and customer base

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Lead, motivate and fostering a high-performing work environment within the business unit and intercompany relations
