As part of an upcoming leadership transition, our Client is seeking a HR Leader to head its People function in the Philippines. This executive will report directly to the Country General Manager and will be a member of the country management team. With a local HR team of 50+ staff and the support of regional counterparts, this is a key role to ensure best-in-class people practices are localized and executed effectively.
