At IFF we are now seeking a Country HR Manager based in Finland The Country HR Manager role ensures adequate anchoring of IFF policies and compliance with local labor law and collective labor agreements (Chemical and Food Industry).
The role is based at the Hanko Plant in Finland (on-site role minimum 4 days a week) and will provide a combination of virtual and on-site visit HR support to other IFF plants and offices located in Kantvik, Jokioinen, Naantali, Jämsänkoski, Kotka and Vaasa...
