Country HR Manager

Our client is a global organization providing a range of engineering, construction, and maintenance services. Due to their business growth in APAC, we are partnering with them to look for a Country HR Manager based in Singapore.

The Country HR Manager (Singapore/Malaysia) will provide a strategic people support service to all levels of the organization, to contribute to the achievement of the company's key business goals, with specific responsibility for the people strategic area.

• Align HR strategy with business needs
  
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters.
  
• Lead or support change management efforts related to reorganizations, business transformation, or M&A activity at the country level.
