**A Day in the Life**

This role leads the country organization in achieving commercial, operational, and strategic objectives. It is responsible for shaping and executing the national go-to-market strategy, translating regional priorities into actionable country plans, and ensuring strong performance across sales, marketing, and market development. The position represents the company to key clinical, governmental, and industry stakeholders while driving improved access to therapies and expanding market presence.
